Professional – Deepak travel is a great agency who gives very reasonable fare to India. I think that she does he rjob in a professional way.

good service – Good Service, & Rita is very prompt in her emails, I was very happy& will surely recommend her to all my friends. I read comments saying that she is rude, I think she is not rude, she is very honest & upfront & most people don't like that. I am happy, & had no hassle in dealing with her.Keep going & do the good work, as you cant keep all happy.
Got Good Prices – Always buy tickets from them: I have always got my tickets from Deepak Travels and have got good prices. n fact for my trip to India end of august they also matched the price of the other travel agent. I paid via credit card, and they did not charge me any extra $$.
Service was absolutely great. Rita was very nice and had a great turn around compared to other travel agents in getting me confirmed tickets. I would most definitely recommend this travel agent and will book with them again. Thanks for all your help

Extremely bad behavior – The lady is rude, never spoken to a worse customer service person in terms of rudeness. But she responded quickly and they ask to too much information if you decide to book
Beware of Deepak Travels.. they are cheaters they (Rita Laungani whom i talked) will lock your tickets so you can not try to book it from any other travel agents. Some airlines allow only one booking per name. so they will first show a low price to you and will send you a quote with different date which you don't want. when you will ask her to change the date they will be talk to you in a rude manner and give you a higher price for your dates. poor I had been to Deepak Travels few months back to get the rates for International Tickets. The staff was totally rude. They were not interested when I said I have been there to know the rates then to buy tickets. She was like ok this is the rate and she was busy on her phones. Bad management. No use of good rates if no good customer service.
