Mr Thks Deepak Travels I was so upset that i did not or was not able to get a ticket/emergency to India and Deepak tevels (rita i think is owner helped me) So even if i had to pay only $50.00 more i had what i wanted With other agents i have seen you dont get what you pay for exaple they never told me my wait time on China airlines Atleast Deepak travels tell you on the Itenary and when you Book Keep up the good service
Beware of Deepak Travels.. they are cheaters they (Rita Laungani whom i talked) will lock your tickets so you can not try to book it from any other travel agents. Some airlines allow only one booking per name. so they will first show a low price to you and will send you a quote with different date which you don't want. when you will ask her to change the date they will be talk to you in a rude manner and give you a higher price for your dates. rude customer service One of the rudest customer service that I came across. The lady (Rita) was constantly cutting my sentences and was very curt in communicating information. When I asked for a few options for the tickets, she acted as if it is an unreasonable request and hung up saying "I'll see what I can do". Stay away from them. Go to Sunnyvale Travels or Infinity Travels for better service
poor I had been to Deepak Travels few months back to get the rates for International Tickets. The staff was totally rude. They were not interested when I said I have been there to know the rates then to buy tickets. She was like ok this is the rate and she was busy on her phones. Bad management. No use of good rates if no good customer service.

Reply to Mr Marmaraj Response – Review from Mr Hmarmaraj Is not true as Passenger is Aware that Deposit was done on 26Jan & was advised that once its cleared Ticket will be issued, We did not hold passenger payments for 5 Days & Its not true about any date changes mentioned to us.also & Passenger received email by Sunday with confirmation & also Passenger sent email saying below.. The Rude Customer Service – I thought I got a good deal but the lady "Rita Laungani" is the rudest customer service rep I have ever seen in my life. Why do such people make others days unhappy with their arrogant attitude. She took money but wanted to issue tickets at her own pace which never mentioned in her conversations but when I asked she insists that she can't go back and change the dates.
