Great doctor and staff, A blessing.
Painfully inappropriate experience. Got a referralfrom my PCP for an examination. To start out the secretary was aggressively rude and even offered her completely unqualified medical advice. Basically telling me to go to the ER and not waste their time. I have no idea why, and I am shocked by how unprofessional she was. Dr. Patel is a cheerful man who operates in another time.
