Dr Vivek listed to my concerns and reviewed my family history, then ordered the tests needed. His team took great care in explaining all the tests. At my review with Dr Vivek, after the tests, he again carefully reviewed them with me and we created a plan of action. Greatly appreciated his care.
Dr. Vivek did not beat around the bush. He was straightforward about the state of my health. Dr. Vivek said that I needed mitral valve surgery for longterm health. He said that if I waited too long, I will fall off the cliff. He was compassionate, professional, and knowledgable. I am glad that my surgery is done. It is healing and reovery time.
The best thing is knowing that the patient will be seen by Dr. Vivek, regardless of preliminary services. It's always nice to see and hear from the doctor himself and find out answers to questions and discuss concerns. We have had longer wait times in the past, but not on the last visit.
Dr Vivek is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He listens to his patients concerns and does a very thorough analysis. I’ve never felt rushed going to his office and his staff are also the best, very helpful and amicable.
Dr. Vivek and his staff are wonderful! They actually listen and do everything possible to make you feel at ease. I appreciate the time they take to explain so that I understand.
