I have no question that Dr Chowdhary is a great doctor, but I was very disappointed with my last colonoscopy. He prescribed the 3 day prep with Sureprep and it was much too strong. When he did my other two, I did a one day prep with no apparent problem. I called and asked why the prep was different and was told that was the current protocol for everyone. My experience was exceptional. Especially the valet parking. This was my first visit and I am very pleased with my experience with everyone. Such a warm environment where everyone expressed in their action that they care about the patients; and all of my questions were answered. I received great help with the use of the My Chart communication over the phone immediately while I was there. Thanks to the last person I was with who connected me to this department on her phone and my problem was solved right there in her office. ... read more
