Nelly and Dr. Patel were out of this world. Their patience, support, compassion, understanding and intelligence were beyond superior and surpassed our expectations. Both took the time to explain and answer all of our questions, sometimes repeated, in depth. We are so grateful we had the opportunity to meet with her to discuss and address all of our concerns.
