I have been taking my car to Deepa Auto for the past 3-5+ years. Prince and his team offer amazing service, are extremely quick, honest, and reliable. Many times I have had my car inspected and a report of my vehicle generated within hours of drop off. About three months ago, while traveling from New York to Virginia after just arriving from India, we had a sudden tire leak and had to stop at Deepa Auto Repair in Edison. Even though we were far from home and unfamiliar with the area, the owner was extremely kind and helped us quickly fix the problem so we could continue our journey without delay. Great service for towing in term my car needed to be transported.
I wish I could give this place 0 start. I went earlier Today, stood in the shop for about 10 minutes while the Indian guy just stood and stared at me like I did not exist. He found everything else to do and not even acknowledge i was there. Keep in mind I was the only one in the store, he started opening up packages, answering his cell phone and then went to the computer and started typing.
