I had a fantastic experience staying at this charming local hotel! The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything I needed and made exploring the area super convenient. The room was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well taken care of. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service by Minda. I needed to cancel the second night of my stay unexpectedly, and she went above and beyond to help me out, even though she didn’t have to. The rooms have everything you need, and they are set up so you arrive in comfort. The space is utilized perfectly, so you have maximum space. The property is beautiful with an incredible view and it is RIGHT where you want to be for lake access, walks, food, and fun. A giant TV, if you want one, is ready for you with a channel guide. The fridge was cold the heater was warm and the water was perfect-tub or shower.
Love their process for booking and checking in, they've made it simple and easy. It's the best I've seen anywhere....as a former process consultant, kudos to them!!
Nice motel in downtown Chelan. Rooms were simple but clean. Friendly staff. Rooms were a little loud from street noise, but not too bad. I wish they were dog friendly!
