Deep Valley security has great staff who sincerely care about their customers and communicate quickly, clearly, and with deep knowledge of their systems. We recently upgraded our system, and Javier was quick to send us an estimate for the work and schedule it at our convenience. The general service Deep Valley Security offers is good; however, the person at the front desk, Jenifer, is extremely unpleasant to deal with. Whenever there is an issue we need simple help or answers to, she is not kind or helpful, and we are treated as a burden more than a long term customer supporting the business.
