Whenever there is an issue we need simple help or answers to, she is not kind or helpful, and we are treated as a burden more than a long term customer supporting the business. Love the communication with this company as that’s the most important thing when it comes to security. And if I need them to come to the office to fix something, they are there immediately.
Great staff. They really care and are trying hard to build up the new deep valley image.
Extremely hard to get anything done with them as they seem to drag their feet for service appointments. Also the office staff need to take a course in customer service. Worst experience in dealing with a security company.
Sales is very knowledgeable about all types of security systems, they personalize for the customer in order to give them a better deal on what they can afford. Technicians were great with a fast and friendly install and Service calls can get to you with in a week unlike the others i have tried.
