10/10 for Ben. It’s tough to write a review when the other comments say it all so well… but the massage experience here is unmatched by any other practice I’ve been to. Highly recommend! Ben is is very knowledgeable, he listened to my concerns and immediately put me at ease. The massage was amazing and he was able to target problems areas that have been bothering me for a very long time. I will definitely be back!

I had my first deep tissue massage with Ben today, I specifically have a lot of shoulder and neck tension that radiates into the base of my skull and eyes and sometimes down my right arm. I often find other massages too light, the pressure that was used was intense, but exactly what my muscles needed! I had no idea I was carrying so much tension around in the supporting muscle groups. I have struggled to find a massage therapist who can apply deep enough pressure to relieve the tension in my back. Found one! I appreciated how Ben listened to my concerns and addressed all of them with precision. I experienced relief during and after my first massage. Before the massage, I told him that I prefer to not carry a conversation during the massage and he totally understood that. Thanks Ben! Highly recommend!
