The session focused on deep, targeted work, and Ernesto did a fantastic job addressing areas of tension while still making sure I was comfortable throughout. The space was very clean, professional, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Overall, it was a very positive experience—skilled work, a relaxing environment, and excellent professionalism.
