Was having issues with super tight hamstrings from running. All it took was 1 session to have me feeling good as new 10/10 recommend
Alice has helped me with my back problem I have gone many places till I found her . Knows the right spots and always making sure pressure is okay . I highly recommend her to anyone that needs a good massage .
Alice was very good at targeting the muscles that were giving me pain. She also gave me assisted stretching. Thank you so much! I feel so much better!
I had a great experience. Living with lower back pain, Alice took time to understand what bothers me and how my body works each day. Her communication during the massage helped to pin point areas and help reduce pain.
