I am a tennis player, aiming to play professional, and I have been dealing with a lot of inflammation/pain in my right bicep. Alice did a wonderful job alleviating areas of tension, and I’m looking forward to the continued work together!
Phenomenal deep tissue and sports massage. Alice went well out of her way to ensure the massage was up to my desired pressure. I am a larger male and typically I want more pressure than I am given, but Alice had no issues making that happen. She used varying techniques and keep up the surprising pressure for the entire duration of the massage. The space was clean, relaxing and the temperature was perfect. Good deep tissue massage and good massagist
I hurt my back skiing … except I didn’t really. Alice worked out that it was hip joints and IT band… she administered an incredibly deep and thorough therapeutic massage using tailored techniques and constant communication. This was not for relaxation - this was like a deep tissue release and the next day I have to say I feel amazing - much more mobile and pain free. Alice is top-notch!
