In October 2023 I hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro. Leading up to the hike I was actually worried about the descent due to ankle, knee and hip tightness/ pain. I found Derrick in August and saw him every two weeks leading up to the hike. He helped me out so much and I made it up and down pain free. I have continued to see Derrick on a regular basis just to help with over all recovery for my body due to consistent hard workouts. He’s been a true game changer for me and I highly recommend him!!
This was the best experience! After weeks of being in pain and trying various modalities such as accupuncture and chiropractic care, I found Deep Technique! Derrick was so accommodating and friendly. Brittany was so understanding and patient. I was amazed at how much better I felt IMMEDIATELY after treatment. I was finally able to return to the gym after weeks of unbearable pain, thanks to them!
