Absolutely worst experience I've ever had at any business in my 43 years. I made it extremely clear to not do additional repairs until a quote was given and agreed upon. I took my rv in for simple annual generator and engine service and to diagnose and let me know why the check engine light was on beyond what I already new. Oil changes and simple easy stuff that shouldn't be more than the usual 400 or less at anywhere else. I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this mechanic shop that I feel compelled to share. When I called, the woman on the phone was not only rude but downright hostile. Instead of having a civil conversation, she screamed at me, displaying a level of anger that was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had a Detroit engine that wouldn’t develop the right amount of horsepower. I had used the equipment under powered for the four years I had owned the package. I had a number of diesel repair companies try and figure out the cause of my engine not being able to put out but about half of the rated horsepower. But after many thousands of dollars, my engine would still run the same. The last repair company I used told me that my engine needed overhaul at a $18,000 cost. I had some fluids changed and new front and rear shocks put on my RV. They did a great job. Friendly, family oriented group of people. I will definitely be using them again.
