I had my roofing materials delivered today by Brian of Deep South Metals. What a great guy! He was very respectful, personable and careful while unloading and moving the materials into my yard. Deep South Metals has a jewel of an employee in Brian.
I have had the pleasure of ordering metal roofing from this company a few times. Everyone in that office is beyond professional and so so helpful. A shout out to Valerie, Annabelle, and Ashley who have helped me through several orders. The quality of materials and folks who work there are top notch!!
The 2 ladies at work on 7/16 were as nice as they were helpful and knowledgeable, I can completely recommend this fine Company 100%.
I’m a roofing contractor. Bought my first and last roof from here this week. Had a few pieces of trim to return and they won’t wait till 4 (their closing time) for me to get there so I don’t have to make a long trip back. Not very customer service oriented. I don’t care about price. With my insane schedule running 3 companies I care about convenience. There are so many metal places in this area to choose from. Like 4 or 5. Maybe there will be another one soon. I think I could do it better. Shop around.
