Michael was personable and efficient. Very professional!
After the initial wiring issue with my new unit, it ran great. Sunday we noticed that we had water dripping from the ceiling below the drain pan in the attic. Colin, camout disgnosised the issue and the issue was resolved. ACE has respond to every issue with our new unit within 1-2 hours and the repairs took less than two hours to accomplish.
Colin was professional and diagnosed the problem after carefully inspecting the unit
Zeke arrived on time, and got to work immediately. He added 3 charcoal filters in the attic at no cost, to help solve an order issue. Too early to tell, but we're sure it will help! Thanks Ace!
