Made an appointment, spoke with a photographer, confirmed date and time only to be told the following day that I would be charged an extra $100 to have my home photographed because I am not a realtor. This extra fee was not listed anywhere on their website. At that point, I wouldn't have used them (even if they were cheaper than competitors including the fee), because I felt I was being disrespected and taken advantage of.
