Terrible customer service and not just with one person. Trey promised my order was being taken care of and that I would have my order with in a week, that did not happen. After numerous attempts to speak with someone about my orders, after no calls returned. I have had to go to a complete new company. Again HORRIBLE customer service.
Robin, Alyssa, and Summer are fantastic! Very professional! I called at 4:00 p.m. and the next day before 11:00 my forklift was fixed. I could not ask for a better service
I like to thank Eddie and the whole team. I had A problem with our old lift. James came out got us up and running really fast. We ended up buying a new lift. From the office staff, service Dept and sales, customer service was excellent. Thanks Eddie and staff.
