Visited the observatory in summer 2024. Tim gave a great presentation on his big screen behind the telescope building, answered all our questions, took us up into the inner workings of the telescope dome and showed how it all works from one end to the other. His personal story is also very interesting and I won't spoil it all here in the review, go find out yourself. This far exceeding our expectations. We were a group of 15, ranging from ages 9-45 and Tim kept everyone interested and engaged the entire evening. We will definitely be back to see the night sky in a different season.

My husband and I had a wonderful one-night stay in the sky cabin, which was very clean, cozy, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Even though we didn’t get to do the observatory experience, Tim gave us a tour of the observatory, which was very interesting. We had a lovely time kayaking as well. So much love and care goes into this place, I highly recommend it to anyone with a ... read more
