I won't offer an opinion, just the facts and you make an opinion. The shop didn't honor their quote. Equipment was promised in 2-3 weeks and took 5 weeks. I was told, the quote an their paperwork was wrong, so the bill went up by approximately $800. I did not include miscellaneous expenses that cannot be quoted for annual servicing (been diving 30 years, so I know how service quotes go). The problem was the misquotes for new computers. Bought a lot of stuff here; alas, not again.
