Their phone number is out of service and the website has also been removed. I actually wouldn't have known about this problem if Doug from BestShred hadn't stopped by after servicing another suite in our building to check in on us. Completely unprofessional and if we were charged will need to file it as fraud with the bank.
i can never get a hold of them when i need a pick up. not good phone service. messages are always full.
Did not show up this month for our shredding, but charged us anyways. No phone answer after multiple attempts. Have filed a complaint with VISA
I came by at 1:15. The door sign said they close at 2. Doors were locked and lights were off. Tried to call, went to voicemail but it wouldn’t allow me to leave one.
Great Shredding company and fast. We've used them before and always have had great service.
