Epilogue 6/2025: Ugh. HVAC issues. One year later, we discovered a fully open-ended piece of HVAC ductwork behind boxes in our attic. I don’t understand how these people stay in business since they don’t return messages. When you call, you only receive a welcome message instructing you to fill out the contact form on their web site. I called twice, left a voicemail message, and completed their online contact form over a week ago and have never received any re-ly from anyone at this company.
