After having Deep Roots come to help us when we had a drain backup emergency, we were impressed with his workmanship, knowledge of his trade, and his dedication to do the job right. When we were looking at a new washroom in our basement that would have been over our budget, he came up with an alternate solution that we were not aware of. We got a great job at about half of what we might have spent. We've had Jonathan back again since then for work in our kitchen and outside tap. Great work !!
He was on time, knew what he was doing and did it right away. He’s polite and efficient. My whole family now has his name in our contact lists! Excellent service!
