Deep roots has the best hot bar in town hands down. They do not over spice, over salt, or add too much sugar. The spices added complement a dish rather than being the main focus.
I was treated very rudely by the kitchen/hot bar staff here. It's not the first time I've experienced trouble with the customer service at the food bar, but today was the absolute worst and intolerable. Despite being an owner, I will not be shopping here for a good long while.

I love Deep Roots! Great, local finds and the café is awesome! I go every day! Quality, delicious hot bar. If you like Whole Foods, you will LOVE this place.
this is the best place in Greensboro if your health food fanatic if you want to get the goods everything is always fresh
I love Deep Roots, and I love supporting Local businesses. Knowing that my purchases go directly to the farmers in my community keep me coming back. The lunch bar is a huge favorite and the price beats all the other health stores out there. I am so glad you are only two blocks from my office!
