This was my first session with Mel. Butts and Guts kicked my butt! But it was a great introduction: she encouraged us to go at our own pace, take breaks as needed, answered any questions I had and repeated demos. Very supportive environment and while it was challenging, I felt I would be able to complete the session and was very stoked when I got it done.
Mel's class is no joke! Challenging sequences, high energy and a killer playlist that keeps you motivated!
Mel A is always great!! Love her enthusiasm, encouragement, and the way she outlines the workout and demonstrates all the exercises. She makes the workouts fun and keeps things positive so even when you’re working hard and getting tired you want to keep going.
Mel Sen always makes class fun and personable. Never feel silly for asking "wait, what are we doing?" Always appreciate the focus on technique and the motivation to add more weight.
