Mel L. is a wonderful coach! She’s thoroughly and detailed in how she explains and demonstrates every movement, gives alternatives depending on where you’re at in your journey, reminds you if your form needs a little adjusting, and is generally an absolutely joy to be in class with. I look forward to class with her and everyone else every week.
Casey was awesome! She explained the warm up and workout clearly and concisely and class flowed nicely from start to finish. She has a great attitude and coaching presence! Class was challenging and fun. Great way to start off my weekend!
Mel made my first class seem less scary and I immediately felt comfortable with the whole crew.
This was my first session with Mel. Butts and Guts kicked my butt! But it was a great introduction: she encouraged us to go at our own pace, take breaks as needed, answered any questions I had and repeated demos. Very supportive environment and while it was challenging, I felt I would be able to complete the session and was very stoked when I got it done.
