Dr Joe and the Deep Rooted team is fantastic, I wish I found them sooner. During the 6 months that I worked with Dr Joe, I saw significant improvements in sleep, anxiety, energy, focus, muscle tightness, etc, as my nervous system learned to relax and get out of fight/flight.
