Just wanted to take the time to tell Derek and Gabby “THANK YOU”. Your Professional approach and attention to detail is much appreciated. Gabby followed up to check on us. Derek also took the time to call after his visit to my Mom’s Home and answer all of our Questions. It means a lot!
There is nothing fun about needing foundation work but Deep Rock made the experience as pleasant and easy as possible. Very reasonable pricing, highly-reliable staff, competence in resolving my foundation problem... I cannot express my appreciation for Gabby, Mason, and the crew enough. I would highly-recommend Deep Rock without reservation.
Derek, Tyler and their crew were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They answered every question we had and explained the process precisely. We had 20 piers installed to the exterior of our house and after the crew cleaned up it was barely noticeable. I highly recommend this company.
I chose Deep Rock Foundation Repair after extensive research and having several estimates provided. What I found while obtaining estimates was a little frustrating. I had a company come in and done an evaluation and was told that my home needed over twice the amount of foundation piers than I what I actually needed. A second estimate was done by a person walking around the house and asking, how many piers did the last company say I needed?
