We had our foundation work done by Deep Rock Foundation in 2022 by our previous home owner, and recently had them come back for a re-evaluation after noticing a small gap on one side of our house. The evaluation was very reassuring. Everything is still within the proper range and holding up great. Special thanks to Stephen, the consultant who came out. Had the greatest experience with Deep Rock. They gave us an initial assessment and were not pushy about getting a date set for the work. Once we were finally ready to have the work done they came back out and did another assessment and got us on the schedule quickly! They explained everything thoroughly and made the whole job seamless! Their guys worked promptly and cleaned up after themselves! We called Deep Rock to inspect our foundation after a series of cracks appeared in the mortar joints on one wall of our house. Stephen Mabry came out and spent approximately 2 hours performing a thorough interior and exterior inspection including measuring the grade of the slab. After compiling all the information, he told us we did not need slab repairs, the issue was in the brick masonry. So no expensive work, just brick work! Derek and the team at Deep Rock Foundation did a great job leveling our house. The communication was excellent throughout the process. They had great maps and visuals to help us understand where the house needed the most lifting. The clean up afterwards was very good as well and getting things as close as possible to the way they were before the leveling process.
