No one wants their foundation to need to be repaired, but if you find yourself in that position you will want to go with Deep Rock. They were professional, prompt, reasonably priced, respectful, in good communication, and they cleaned up so well you could hardly tell they were there. Lifetime warranty and they took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the foundation work by Deep Rock. We had honestly been dreading the process, but they were in and out of our house in 2.5 days with tremendous results. They respected our home, completed the job and did their best to clean up afterwards. Nearly all of the issues we were having have been resolved (cracked tiles, pinched doors, etc). We can’t thank Deep Rock and especially our consultant, Tyler, enough for their expertise. Highly recommend!

Deep Rock Foundation recently completed foundation repair work on my home and exceeded my expectations. Mason and his crew were professional and respectful of my property. The leveling actually went better than expected. I highly recommend Deep Rock Foundation if you need repair work completed for a reasonable cost.

Foundation work isn't fun, but Deep Rock made it as easy as it can be. After going out to bid with several companies, Deep Rock had a very competitive bid on pricing, they were the most communicative and helpful during the process, and this also continued after we'd already started the project. They got the job done cleanly and on schedule and the lifetime warranty gives peace of mind that if we ever did have any issue again, that it would be covered. I had a very bad experience with Deep Rick Foundation: 1. Warranty Issue: did nit honor their warranty as promised. 2. Delay in Completion: The job was not finished within the agreed timeframe. 3. Unprofessional Communication: The representative who spoke with me was very rude. 4. Pricing Concern: The price charged was extremely high compared to market standards. I had to hire another foundation company to fix their awful job.
