I was browsing the store, looking for a simple mop-bucket. The cashier on duty followed me around, then asked (very rudely) "What are you looking for??" She proceeded to cash me out in a curt manner. 0/10 customer service skills, I'll be taking my business to Pembroke from now on.
This store is excellent to deal with! They stand behind their products with warranty and always provide top notch service. The paint department knows exactly what I need each time too. Highly recommend buying products from this store it’s a hidden gem!
