I was passing through the city and came across the best CrossFit box—a place that’s super well-equipped and spacious. Both the coach and the athletes welcomed me with great energy, and it was an amazing training session. Personally, I compete, and I’m thrilled to know that the owners have participated in major competitions like the Games. That says a lot about a box and its dedication to athlete development. For anyone in Memphis, or like me, just visiting and looking for a box in the city, this is the place. 10000000/10
best crossfit gym ever!
Amazing gym with a welcoming community and leadership. I have been going over a year now and am constantly impressed with the coaching, programming, and how the community is great from the owners down to the members. I would highly recommend any person at any fitness level come and try them out so they can see it first hand.
Huge space, great equipment, incredible community (some of the most welcoming and friendly in the city), stellar and engaged coaching. One of the most well rounded gyms you can find.
Deep River Fit and the coaches and community they built has helped me keep my sanity through some very tough times in my life over the past year. DRF meet you where you are and truly make you feel welcome and care about your health and growth in fitness! I can be having the worst day but leave DRF fully fulfilled once our class is over. It’s a great place to be… James, Linds, and Bailey are family!
