Most of the time, maybe this office is five stars. I don’t recommend coming here if you need an emergency procedure done in a reasonable amount of time. My experience was two stars. Asking a patient that’s been in pain for weeks do you want to make a whole plan to fix everything seemed off… That was the second appointment weeks later. Prior to becoming a DR Family Dental (DRFD) patient and for most of my life I have dreaded going to the dentist. Since I started at DRFD my outlook on dental care has changed dramatically. I'm 76 and over the past 25+ years my dentists have either retired, or sold their practices and I have been with 3 other dentists. None of them changed my outlook on dental care and may have worsened the relationship.
