I absolutely love going to Deep River Family Dental. Dr. Keon and Dr. Lee are phenomenal, as well as the rest of the staff and front desk. I hated going to the dentist for a long time before I started coming here, and while dental work is still not make favorite thing in the world, I do love coming into their very welcoming office and being treated by very knowledgeable and kind professionals.
I could not think of a better place to have any dental work done. I recently decided to have complete dental implants, replacing my damaged teeth and gums from cancer treatments. Looked at several dental replacement offers within 24 hours scams. Glad I was able to sit with Dr. George Kwon, DMD, and his Deep River staff of caring and calming environment, they took the time to explain why rushing thru such procedures could be extremely detrimental and costly in the long term and bone repair. Everyone is so helpful and patient with anything you need! Great experience with all staff.
Most of the time, maybe this office is five stars. I don’t recommend coming here if you need an emergency procedure done in a reasonable amount of time. My experience was two stars. Asking a patient that’s been in pain for weeks do you want to make a whole plan to fix everything seemed off… That was the second appointment weeks later. Then the doctor questioned my mental state while I’m sitting there waiting for him to get to work. I hope y’all have a better experience than I did! Not a very friendly office overall.
