This drug store and the people who work here are some of the nicest people you will ever meet .I have been doing business with them for 10 years and never had any problems.. Maybe you were having a bad day..J/S ...If they don't have the medicine you need at the moment they will make sure to get it in for you.. They have got to improve customer service. The job they do is awesome. Clean, no lines. But a hello and what can I do for you and thank you are terms they dont really use. Makes you feel like burden. That defines customer service to me.
I was having trouble locating a medication, and after a month of searching called Deep River and they had it. Other places could order it and it would cost hundreds, but at Deep River it cost a fraction of that and it was in stock!! It was also ready in under an hour. No automated menu or bot, humans answer the phone, and they were nice. Thank you Deep River Drug!!!
