Maybe you were having a bad day..J/S ...If they don't have the medicine you need at the moment they will make sure to get it in for you.. They have got to improve customer service. The job they do is awesome. Clean, no lines. But a hello and what can I do for you and thank you are terms they dont really use. Makes you feel like burden. That defines customer service to me.
