Best deep tissue massage in the Twin Cities. I've tried a lot of places, Joe is the best.
Joe immediately makes u feel welcome and comfortable! He listens and addresses ur concerns! He does muscle specific deep tissue work to increase your range of motion! He is the knot buster 3,000!! lol He is hands down one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had! Worth the 2 hour drive!

Joe is amazing at finding and reliving deep tissue knots! Even my chiropractor noticed that there was a significant change in my adjustments saying “what did you do differently? That’s how an adjustment should go” after seeing Joe just once. I highly recommend Deep!
I had a great experience here. The space is calm, grounded, and immediately puts you at ease. The massage itself was deep and intentional. It wasn’t surface-level relaxation work. It got into the places I’ve been holding tension for a long time. I was sore the next day in a good way, like things had actually shifted. If you’re dealing with nerve or muscle tension and want someone who understands how to work into that and release it, I would highly recommend booking. Joe is building an awesome business.
