Irene does great deep work! She notices trouble area and continuously checks in to ensure pressure level is good, etc. 100% recommended especially for knotted areas
My life has been changed. It sounds sarcastic but I'm serious. Im no stranger to massages but it's been a year and my back was incredibly sore. I explained that I thought it stemmed from my glutes and hips. She talked me through the whole message and really focused on the problem areas. I feel like I have my body back. Legitimately night and day after just an hour. I thought I'd had a good massage before this but that was a lie. This is the most amazing massage I've ever had.
Massage was fantastic. Irene checked in with me and my comfort level regularly. She worked the spots that I needed until the knots were worked out. Will definitely book with her again.
I'm over fifty years old and this was my first experience with a massage therapist. Irene did a great job of ensuring I was comfortable with the entire process. On the first visit I asked for a deep tissue massage to help with some isolated leg pain. The second visit I went ahead and tried the full body massage. I'm now a believer in this natural healing process and will return!
If you do manual labor and have Knott issues in your muscle fibers Irene will take good care of you. She is my new go to
