This is my pool AFTER a $631 "VIP pool de-winterization and cleaning". This pool was clean before covering with a tarp for the winter. Looks like they just pulled off the tarp and let all the muck and leaves go into the pool. They even left a few bricks that were holding 1 part of the tarp fall in the pool. Very responsive to emails and phone calls, fair pricing. Garrett was very professional and knowledgeable. We had our pool acid washed hoping to remove the stains on the bottom. The stains did not come up so the results were somewhat underwhelming but Garrett warned us ahead of time that the stains would not come up unless they were surface stains. It did brighten up surrounding surfaces well. For anybody that has an older pool with stains on the bottom, I would recommend resurfacing instead of acid washing.

This company has done amazing work for me, not only with regular maintenance, closings and openings, but dealing with the more difficult issues my old pool has had. They are professional, punctual, and get the work done right the first time. It's been a year since I gave DK a 5 star and I just want to say their service and quality has only gone up. If there were 10 stars, I'd give them that. Love their service, hope to use them for years to come.
