Horrible communication. Extremely unprofessional. I dropped off a piece back in February for them to fix. After about a month and not hearing anything back, we called multiple times and no answer. After about 2 months we finally get ahold of them and they apologized for the delay and lack of communication. Asked for an update and they had no information or timeline as to when the piece would be fixed. They said they would let me know. Waited another month and still no word back. Looks like they do cool work, but it's not really open to the public. One building has a sign to go to the other building. The other building has a sign with a phone number on it. We called and no one answered. We left a message and no one returned our call. Makes me wonder what the actual process is for people trying to get something cast. Oh well, I guess I'll never know.

The entire team was absolutely amazing in helping us get our community project completed. From the tour explaining the process to communicating the status through completion was professional and re assuring. The completed art was better than we could have ever imagined!! Thank you
