I arrived stressed and in pain. I cried because there was so much stress released from my neck, back shins and shoulders . I am definitely coming back, I had an healing experience!
Massage was ok. It did not seem to help or alleviate my neck pain though, and it leave me sore the next two days, but the massage wasn’t bad. I did get the massage specifically for neck pain so I wasn’t expecting a relaxing experience either. I would have liked to go back and get a full body massage with her when I’m not in pain, because I think the pain might have been one of the reasons I didn’t enjoy it as much.
