Came out and cut the glass okay, then tore the Rubber seal when installing it, blamed it on the rubber. He should have said order another seal and I'll come out and redo it without tearing it. I should have told him I'd pay him when he came back to install it correctly.
The gentleman that came was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Great job.
