Has got to be a place to report these people. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. Lights always surging going on and off all day, lights always going off for hours. So sick of this place there needs to be an alternative.. I’d give 0 stars if I could.. highest place I’ve ever been and quite literally the worst place.. make that make sense.. Power went out during the summer at peak heat. It's a nightmare to try to pay the bill. And I cannot make an account online to make things easier for everyone. Will be switching as soon as I can. Worst electricity I've had. Easily 30+ outages within a year.

The worst electric company I have ever had. They never know when problems are going to be fixed, don't know what the problems are when the power is out. Only option for electric in my area. I would have more peace of mind constantly running off a generator and if it weren't so expensive, I would. On top of that they have bankers hours. So if you do have a power emergency, they can only help Monday-Friday. Stay away at all costs.
Not only is the power vet unreliable and the employees have horrible attitudes. They charge you whatever they want for the month. I have done nothing different this month from last month. If anything I've used way less heat because I'm not home as much this month but my bill is almost double?!?! I'm currently saving to have solar installed because this company is a complete scam. IF you have any other choice in power companies, choose literally anyone but this one
