Not very good. Have had numerious loss of equipment....TV, AC, Sat, and other small items. This is the second time we have had this happen. This loss was in September 2011 and my neighbor also had a loss, they paid his within a month mine still has not been paid over eight months. I could write a book on this, but all I can say is they do not honor us as a member, yet they can give out scholar ships in the amout of thousands of dollars,, buy a grand champion steer for the rodeo (paid \$6,435.00 for group of 3 buyers.
