We used Deep Deuce Apartments for corporate housing and had an excellent experience across multiple apartments. The location is unbeatable for anyone wanting to be in the heart of downtown, but the service is what sets this place apart. Celeste (Manager), Corbin, and Jacob were fantastic to work with, always accessible and eager to help. The maintenance crew is equally impressive, consistently resolving issues within the same day. Jacob was amazing. Very helpful and honest person. The tour was great and the community amenities are super nice I wouldn’t ever have to leave home. Felt safe as well. Thank you again
Nice place to live but can be very unreasonable with lease agreements. They don’t allow sublets but they do allow Airbnb, which does you no good if you have to relocate with your furniture. I ended up being stuck paying for an apartment for 5 months that i did not need. Be sure to submit WRITTEN 60-day notice that you’re NOT renewing your lease, because the month to month rate is more than double. Great team, great apartments, great location. I don’t have to talk to the people in the office often but when I do they’re always helpful and friendly. We really appreciate the communication they provide through various methods. We’ve seen improvements in the past three years and have hopes for more next year.
