I've had one facial before and the one I had here in no way compares to the one I had. My appointment was pushed back 30 mins and then the actual treatment that thankfully I had a groupon for (normally costing over $100) only lasted 20 mins. The room was really dim but comfortable. I wished she had of explained more about what steps she was actually taking.
