After two visits with our cats, we can honestly say this clinic stands out. Professional, calm, organized, and genuinely compassionate from the moment you walk in. Our cat was sick and Deep Creek Vet was able to fit us in the day I called. They were kind and compassionate and determined quickly what was wrong with our girl. The vet was absolutely fantastic as well as all of the staff. Very welcoming and calm atmosphere. Our cat had abdominal surgery and afterward the office was great about answering all of our questions and concerns throughout her healing process, which did go very smoothly. Going forward Deep Creek Vet will be where we go to for any pet care. Definitely recommend them... read more
What great service and care! Dr. Chloe was so kind and caring to our kitty that he showed no stress or anxiety whatsoever while being examined and her care plan ideas were on point with nothing extreme. The cost of our cat getting shots, his exam and me getting advice was very reasonable. I highly recommend DEEP CREEK for any vet needs and absolutely love Dr. White for her kind and caring manner.
The only place to take your pet in the North Okanagen! incredible care and service by staff, probably some of the best Veterinarians in the province!
