We took a private three-hour tour with Deep Cove Kayaking, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Vancouver. I don't usually enjoy kayaking open bodies of water, preferring rivers with some rapids, yet this time it was so much better than I expected. Great time on the water in July 2025! Bald eagles flying overhead and stunning weather! Great gear hired and superb service!
We did the double kayak for 2 people for two hours and had a blast. The staff were very friendly and we were able to see so much of the cove within that time. We saw jellyfish, seals, and so many birds. Such a wonderful and affordable way to connect with nature and get a good workout in!
We went on the Explorer Tour last week and had an amazing time. We got to see and interact with lots of wildlife while taking in the beautiful views. Deep Cove Kayak made sure we were covered with all the gear to stay warm and dry, which was much appreciated. And the doughnut treat on the beach was a nice touch after a long paddle.
