He appears friendly and talkative but he's a shark. I had two small rooms w/furniture. He was so desperate for money he said he'd clean around items but left dirt in the corners that I had to point out. He brought his big machine and used my bathroom to fill his dirty bucket and dump dirty water all while standing on my rugs with his dirty shoes. For a 7 minute job he said 90 bucks. Scott is extremely professional, dedicated and prompt! His rates are reasonable and he worked diligently to restore our dog/kid stained sofa and sectional to pristine condition. This was our second time hiring Scott and we were equally pleased. He left the house spotless! I look forward to taking advantage of the other services he provides.
Scott was very friendly, cheerful (also talkative) and professional. Showed up on time and was happy to work even on a holiday. Finished fast, job well done, reasonable cost. Will hire again—
