Personally I don't think it's worth the money. In my conversation I wanted them to focus on removing excess soap from the carpet and deoderizing, but neither were accomplished, I was told it would dry in 3-5 hours and it stayed wet 12 hrs after, I had to run a wet vac over the whole thing the next morning and then rub the whole thing with 7 towels to get it semi dry and the towels were soaked just by running them through.
Came when needed ! Smells super good! Looks. And feels great.
This guy knows what he is doing. He pays close attention to your carpet needs and finds a solution that’s unique to your situation. 5 stars!
Incredibly rude employee in the company vehicle. My family car was slow to take off from a red light, and their company driver honked continuously at us, swerved into a lane beside us, and started trying to intimidate my wife who was in our passenger seat, solely because she looked at their van in confusion. He stared at her for an entire second red light, while lunging at the window towards her. Mind you this was all at 8 am. Incredibly unprofessional, and honestly just strange, and concerning behavior.
Excellent service, very professional did an amazing job carpets looking new! Definitely recommend Deep clean solutions 10 out of 10! Thank you!
