My wife and I reached out to this company as it has 5 star ratings and promoted a quick dry time. Unfortunately, what we received was the complete opposite. We received a timely call back from David which was pleasing but the conversation went downhill from there. He immediately brushed us off and referred us to Stanley Steamer. David stated they had better prices and he was booked out with an obscene amount of time uncharacteristic for carpet cleaning. We were never quoted a price. The call experience was brief and cold.
