John and Dylan were amazing and did a perfect job at getting all of the stains out of my carpet. Their price is affordable and they did an excellent job! I recommend to anyone needing rugs/furniture cleaned.
Their service fee was the chipset (about $70 cheaper, the next lowest quote that I had), but I think the quality of their job was very average. The person who came to my place to clean my carpets did not even try to vacuum my carpet first. He started cleaning without vacuuming saying that the cleaning machine does the vacuuming job at the same time!!! They were very good at removing the satins, but my carpet piles were very flattened and I was hoping cleaning my carpets could help a little to unflatten my carpets. I was not ... read more
