Average, cleaning was not up to our expectations for the premium price we paid for a studio unit. Got a handwritten tax invoice, though I had requested one over email to which there was no response; didn’t get a professional vibe. Couple of items were supposedly disposed without our knowledge and were missing, when we enquired there was no response at all. Basically, once you make the payment, don’t expect any response over text/emails after that.
Mani and his team did an incredible job with our bond clean. This is the 2nd time we've called deep bond clean and would highly recommend their services. Very professional, quality job, timely, stress free, and efficient communication.
