I came here for my first Botox treatment at Deep Blue Med Spa at 27 and left feeling really disappointed. I asked for something very conservative, but after less than a minute of consultation and barely any explanation, I was injected with 58 units of Botox in just a couple of minutes. I was not told how many units were being used until after, and then hit with a $1000 bill.
