I really wanted to enjoy my experience, especially given the price I paid for the hydra facial. I've had one before at a different spa, so I have some reference in terms of what to expect. Unfortunately I was not impressed at all. I was told the facial would last an hour and it was under or maybe just 50 minutes. Szilvia is the best! My daughter and I had the pleasure having her as our aesthetician. She was very patient with my giggly and ticklish daughter who was kinda difficult to work on at the beginning. She explained to her what she was doing step by step just to keep her distracted. After my facial I felt rejuvenated. My skin was glowing and felt amazing! We'll be back!
